Now that your HCTI pre-application is in, there's nothing more you need to file. HCTI will submit your WIOA referral to the Green River Workforce Development Board on your behalf — listing Health Careers Training Institute (HCTI) as your referring party so your Individual Training Account (ITA) request is routed to us. We'll handle the paperwork; you just wait for your Career Coach to reach out.

You will receive a Conditional Approval Letter from HCTI. When KCC confirms your appointment, your Career Coach may ask for it to verify your training program and provider — so keep it available.
No action needed from you right now. An HCTI Enrollment Counselor will contact you shortly to confirm your referral has been submitted.
HCTI files your referral on your behalf:
“Referring Party: Health Careers Training Institute (HCTI) — this applicant is interested in attending HCTI and would like to use an Individual Training Account (ITA) for their selected program.”
When KCC confirms your appointment, keep your HCTI Conditional Approval Letter available and let your Career Coach know you'd like your ITA funding applied to your HCTI program. HCTI will also reach out to help you through every step — you won't have to figure it out alone.
